The Aspria Club Experts have put together a pre and
post natal exercise, health and fitness programme specifically
catered towards meeting the corrective exercise needs of our new
mums which will have you looking and feeling great.
Developed and led by highly skilled post pregnancy exercise
experts, this programme will help target those 'mummy muscles' that
become weak and dysfunctional due to pregnancy. What's more, it's
a fun and social way to exercise with like minded people and
you can even bring your baby into the class.
The Fit Mums programme is free for members of
Aspria Club and is also open to non members.
Each session costs 25€ for 2 hours, which includes
one class and time to spend in the club. It can include
2 hours in the creche for your baby (under 1s are welcome in the

Tuesdays, 11.00: Post-pregnancy reconditioning
class.
Natalie Skinner, our post Pregnancy exercise specialist
takes this re-conditioning class, incorporating pilates and
conditioning based exercises to bring your baby body back into
shape.
Wednesdays, 10.45: Post-Natal Yoga class- New
Class
Agatha our post natal exercise specialist takes this yoga
class, teaching you yoga moves to restore your muscle tone and
strength
Fridays, 10.30: Corrective exercise stroller
class:
Not just a stroller class, but a corrective exercise and
conditioning class, Mother and Baby utilising the great outdoors in
a fun and social setting.
