How can yoga help you install
harmony, internal peace and vitality into your life?
In Sanskrit, yoga means
'union' - union between the body and mind. By
practising yoga regularly, you can create a real marriage between
the two. In the beginning, the postures can seem difficult, due to
a lack of concentration and breathing difficulties. But with
practice, yoga will teach you how to concentrate and breathe well.
This can give you a sense of peace and harmony not
just during the sessions but also in your daily life, work, and
with your family, as you will be more conscious of your being.
Thanks to the postures, you will learn
to better know your body and recognise which areas are tense or
under pressure and how to take care of them. Yoga encourages you to
live fully in the present and not in the past or future.
Furthermore, through yoga, you will learn how to manage your vital
energy in order to keep your body and mind in good health.
Your stress will become nothing more
than a bad memory!
