Be careful with soda’s consumption, even light or “zero”, they are harmful. Be careful with alcohol too.
A balanced diet consisting in giving the big 5 : proteins (meat, eggs, fish, lentils,…) + carbs (potatoes, rice, pasta, bread) + lipids (rapeseed oil, butter) + organic season vegetables (row or cooked) and organic season fruits.
They need a large quantity of valuable calories. Control junk food consumption.
