A personal training session is a 'gift' to
yourself!
-
Sport is the only source of natural
'energy boosting '.
-
During a session with an expert
Personal trainer you will discuss your program on a 'one to one'
basis, the benefit's of this are numerous:
-
body: your motivation to increase
your fitness levels will soar!
-
mind: the knowledge that changing
your exercise routine will significantly improve your quality of
life.
-
psychology: Your tensions and stress
levels are greatly reduced by talking over your concerns &
worries regarding your health, both physical and
mental.
Energise both your body and
your mind!
-
Put aside 1 hour a day to
dedicate only to yourself!
This is a moment to stop thinking about others and to think
only about yourself!
-
Choose a workout that you
enjoy. Age, fitness level and medical history should be taken
into consideration.
-
Regularly diversify your
workouts with various exercises; following the same training
program over a long period will injure, stiffen and fatigue some of
your muscles while the muscles that do not train will be
weak. Think balance and spread energy throughout your
body!
-
Start your workout fully
hydrated: Drink at least 1,5 litres of water during the day.
Exercise helps cleanse your body of toxins through sweating so
adequate water intake is even more important when you are
exercising.
-
Never train on an empty
stomach: Eat at least 2 hours before your workout to feel
energized for exercise time. If you eat too long before your work
out, you risk feeling hungry by the time you finally hit the gym,
and thus not working as hard as you could. If you eat too soon, you
don't give your body enough time to convert that food into
energy.
-
Breath correctly! Breathing
in to the tummy relaxes and energises much more than chest
breathing which does not eliminate stress.
-
Training in the morning
gives you energy for the whole day! Try it!
-
During exercise focus on how your
body works out; 'listen' to any signal of satisfaction your
heart and muscles send you! Avoid overtraining as well as
undertraining! Not pushing your body to its limit will
induce fatigue or boredom and you will gain neither motivation nor
energy.
-
There are days when you feel too
bored, too tired or too lacking in energy to go to Aspria; but
think of how energetic you felt AFTERWARDS! It is worth
the effort....think how proud of yourself you will be when taking
your post-work out shower.
You have to give to get...
Remember the
formula: Energy = Energy!
Exercise, Energise and Enjoy yourself!
