A few tips for an improved
diet.
To avoid… :

Going on any drastic or 'crash'
diets.

Cutting out carbohydrates from your
diet (potatoes, pasta, rice, Quinoa, Bulgar wheat, bread
etc).

Skipping meals.

Eating your evening meal just before
going to bed.

Having heavy meals late in the
evening.

Going on high-protein diets that
promise drastic weight loss without having to change your eating
habits.

Drinking too much alcohol. (beer,
wine, spirits or liquor.)

Dishes in a lot of sauce.
(Blanquette, carbonnade, chicons gratins, etc.)

Eating fried food often. (fries,
croquettes, fish sticks, etc.)

Eating oil-based sauces every day,
(with the exception of ketchup, mustard and pickles.)

Eating between meals.

Drinking fizzy or sugary
